Statement regarding "conflict materials"

Schäfter+ Kirchhoff is committed to protecting the environment, respecting human rights and promoting ethical practices.

We only purchase components from reliable sources and do not produce materials ourself, nor do we purchase or process ores or minerals used to produce materials.

This stance is in line with regulation (EU) 2017/821 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2017, laying down supply chain due diligence obligations for Union importers of tin, tantalum and tungsten, their ores, and gold originating from conflict-affected and high-risk areas.

As part of this legislation, we are in contact with our suppliers confirm their responsible handling of material sourcing/manufacturing.
