Features

The Photo Detectors series 48PD are Si- or Ge- photo diodes. They have a system mount Ø 19.5 mm and are designed to be integrated into the multicube system.

Si- or Ge- photo diode
Polarization independent
Radiant sensitive area 7 mm²
3° inclined mounting in oder to avoid direct back-reflections
System mount Ø 19.5 mm
Photo diode is delivered without resistor (the resistor is necessary for operation)
